At Rivertech, we handle the nautical management for our customers, the tour operators. While the tour operator offers the cruise to the guests, it is Rivertech’s expertise to ensure the cruise operates at its best. This means we follow the itineraries, book the dockings, arrange all necessary logistics, and supply the crew on board. Safe sailing and an optimal guest experience are our highest priorities.
A ship cannot sail without being in perfect technical condition. At Rivertech, we promise our customers, the ship owners, a hassle-free and safe trip for their guests. This promise is entrusted to our captains and also to our highly skilled engineers, both on board and in the field. Beyond regular engine room tasks like performing checks and carrying out maintenance, our engineers act as technical problem solvers. On board they handle various tasks, from changing a light bulb to repairing a door handle. Our engineers are supported by our office team, where a group of Technical Managers is available 24/7 to provide assistance.
